First we need to see which package works best for you. Then we will analyze your online presence. Once we understand your starting line we will sit together to discuss what your ultimate goal looks like and create a strategy that suits your budget to get there.

You pay us through a subscription experience where your payment is automatically process every month.

In this industry, results are not over night so to ensure the quality experience and results we need a timeline that helps us get there.
You are everything to us and your experience with us matters greatly. Satisfaction at Elyon Studio is something we layout through deliverables and expectations. If these expectation are not met, then you will be credited a refund in accordance to deliverables not fulfilled.
We have a robust platform of people supporting our tools and methods. However, things still happen. If something goes wrong with your site or solution, we will have a remedy within 12 hours of the issue- unless the issue is caused by 3rd parties or elements outside our control.
You better believe it! All your domains and hosting are yours.
Anything outside of that is outside our scope of guarantee. Things such as images, videos, coding and graphical representations are to be evaluated seperately.

If you are an existing client and have some general questions, maybe these answers can help you.
Changing some images is much different than changing the coding infrastructure of your website. If you would like a brand new redesign, that would fall outside of the normal monthly services and would render an additional cost.
If that is the case, you would have to contact us by calling us or emailing us.
You can make as many changes to your website as you please no matter what level package you have. Images, written content and graphical components can be modified as often as your heart desires.
Changes that cost extra can be but not limited to:
- Ecommerce solutions
- 3rd party plugins and services
- working with outsiders
- Updates outside of normal business hours
- Video/Photography work
- Purchasing ads
- Working on projects. outside of the domain and hosting platform
No problem. All service cancellations are done by sending us an email or talking to your account manager. You can cancel at any time, however, no refund will be issued during the first 3 months of the contract.
Yes! It's our secret menu. We can accommodate any expansions of the professional package such as service that takes place during a certain period of time or a separate service that does not quite render the elite level service.

When you are our client you always have access to your site, and if not we can certainly remind you of the credentials and how-to's.
Here is how to regain access to your site.
- Speak to the company or developer who initially create your site to grant you access again.
- Call the hosting or domain provider (Godaddy, Hostgator, etc)
- Follow the money. Track down the company that is charging you for your website. (Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
If you are one of clients we can reset your password as often as you need.
If you are not our client, you will have to contact the web developer who initially designed your site.
Yes, absolutely. We encourage the idea of you working on the site as well.
We strongly encourage you to have the Professional or Elite package in order to secure a backup to the site in case something goes wrong.
These charges are most likely not related to Elyon Studio and may be accredited to your hosting and domain providers.
Hosting and domain providers may have subscription renewals, SSL updates, or email support, etc. There may be charges related to your merchant account such as, credit cards fees or services.
